Success Stories
The Rowlett Family (Duck River Farm) bought a female from us in 2007 and had great success showing her. But one of the things we love most is when they go on to prove themselves as cows. That female’s second calf has been numerous time champion and supreme female in Tennessee, but more importantly, was Reserve Grand Bred & Owned female at the Eastern Regional Junior show in Lousiana. She was also Intermediate champion at the NJAS Bred & Owned show in Pennsylvania.
Heath and Brooke Bergkamp and Luke Doris bought a female in 2005. She was also shown successfully, claiming division honors at numerous ROV shows. But that rewarding investment raised a heifer calf this year that was sold for more than the original purchase price and then went on to win Division 1 at the NJAS in Pennsylvania. She was owned and shown by John Jacobs.
